In Deep Waters

This is my 2D Shooter project for the Game Design and Development with Unity 2020 Course by Michigan State University on Coursera.  

Modifications

Aesthetic (Visual) Modifications: 

  • New graphics e.g. background, environment
  • New sprites e.g. player ship, enemy ships and enemies on boats

Gameplay Modifications: 

  • Player ability is modified to fire canon projectiles towards the right side only.
  • New obstacles added e.g. rocks
  • Number of enemies in the game is displayed on screen

Design  Modifications:

  • Three levels added, each of which offers different types of challenges for the player. Refer to the in-game instructions for more details.
