Jump into a car rental vehicle to gain immunity to sugar level drops, boost your distance, and increase your score.

Sugar Rush Feature: 

If the sugar level drops too low, a gauge will appear. Stopping at the green part of the gauge will trigger a sugar rush and you'll gain back half your total sugar level. Otherwise, you'll lose the opportunity and risk fainting. Play wisely because you only have three chances.
